February Sales 2012

Castlebridge will once again have drafts at both the Goffs & Tattersalls February Sales in 2012. Please contact the office if you would like us to make entries on your behalf or to discuss any stock that you are considering selling. Entries close for Goffs on 3rd January and for Tattersalls on 4th January.

Castlebridge enjoyed particular success at the Tattersalls February Sale in 2010 when selling the second top lot Chrisalice (pictured below) for 50,000gns to John O’Byrne.

2012 Covering Season

For mares/fillies visiting Newmarket stallions in the coming season, Castlebridge now have their two farms accepting boarding mares both within minutes of the leading stallion farms of Darley, Cheveley Park, Juddmonte, Lanwades etc. and a short drive to Shadwell Stud. Success at Tattersalls December Sale 2011

Castlebridge concluded the Tattersalls December Mare Sale as leading vendor selling a total of 39 lots for 3,960,500 gns including eleven six figure lots – over one million guineas ahead of the second highest vendor. One of our highlights being Precious Gem (pictured below,) who realised 480,000 gns to Hugo Lascelles Bloodstock.

Not only this but Castlebridge also topped the Tattersalls December Foal Sale, selling 27 lots for a total of 1,500,000 gns including Lot 945 Sea The Stars ex Caumshinaun who realised 280,000 gns to London Thoroughbred Services. The December Sales carried on what has been a most successful year at all levels for The Castlebridge Consignment.
